About
I am an independent consultant, coach and advisor. I help individuals, teams and companies design and implement systems and structures that are adaptive in their environment. I bring more than 20 years of multi-sector business, organizational and IT consulting experience in operational and strategic development in small and large organizations in a broad range of industries. While I have most experience in Information Technology consulting and advisory, you could say that my niche is to be a generalist: someone with a systemic meta-level understanding that can be appropriately applied across the contexts.
With a strong theoretical background in information systems, management science, organizational research and developmental psychology, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective on the anatomy of the organization in terms of business and IT architectures, organizational and governance structures, and leadership and talent management. My particular focus is on assessing, designing and developing the architecture, management and leadership of digital businesses.
As an advisor, I leverage research insights and leading edge practices to facilitate systemic co-development of technological, organizational and individual capabilities.
