# What I can provide

### My knowledge

I am a proven technologist - evident by my career in Barclays Capital and KPMG. I was the first promoted graduate in my graduate bunch, and I managed to get my first contract (within 3 years of coding). Through my experience in T&F, I%27ve built a team of 15 developers, and managed multiple projects in parallel.

I am an experienced product expert - I have focused on designing a service for early stage start-ups at Thought&Function. This involves educating myself on Product - identifying user problems, running workshops to formulate the best solutions, how to measure the right metrics, and how to incrementally improve on metrics.

I am a seasoned business owner - Having ran Thought&Function for 5 years, I have done a number of roles from operations to business development. I understand the different facets to a business, and how they need to work together to achieve an overall vision. I can provide my experience here.

### My strengths and weaknesses

I am also a creative thinker. I find myself able to think outside of the box and formulate ideas quickly. I experience the world through the lens of %22is this the best way, and how can it be better%22.

My weaknesses are around staying disciplined on execution. Having understood this weakness, I have an accountability coach, mentor, and a PA to ensure things get done.

### Thought&Function

Although Thought&Function may not be what you%27re looking for to deliver, it is something we can utilise. At the moment, Thought&Function has ~15 developers and growing, with technical expertise across many areas, as well as product management. If we need to scale, or struggle to find talent, T&F is a very valuable and trusted resource.

# What I%27m looking for

### My goal

I%27m looking to make a large impact on society and contribute positively to people%27s lives. I%27m not super selective about the industry, as long as the goal is something positive, and helps make people%27s lives better in the long run.

This is why I want to be a part of a product-led start-up, as it is a business that can scale quickly. The product allows is also something that can scale easily, which allows it to reach many people, and make a larger impact.
