I%27ve spent over 15 years building the financial infrastructure behind the energy transition — not advising from the sidelines, but actually raising the capital and structuring the deals. I scaled a residential PACE lending platform from the ground up, launched residential solar and energy efficiency loan programs, and led capital raises for C&I solar projects. As a company%27s CFO, I%27ve lived the full lifecycle: warehouse facilities, forward flow agreements, public ABS issuances, investor relations, board reporting. I currently sit as Board Member and Secretary of the Florida PACE Funding Agency, so I know governance from the inside, not just the finance seat.
