Over almost three decades I%27ve built and scaled data and analytics functions inside complex organisations at CDO and consulting director level — founding enterprise-wide data capability, leading multi-million-pound consulting practices, and shaping data and AI strategy for FTSE brands, government departments, PE-backed businesses and high-growth, founder-led companies.
I%27ve also operated as a board member inside a scale-up through to successful acquisition, giving me governance and strategic decision-making experience from inside the boardroom, not just as an external adviser.
