Jacques Bonte is graduated in Pharmacy from the Paris Descartes University and in Pharmaceutical Marketing from ESCP-EAP; Alumnus of INSEAD Partnerships Management Program.
Jacques has almost 30 years of experience in life sciences industry where he held strategic and operational positions. In numerous jobs, Jacques strongly contributes to Business Development activities and was pivotal in Alliances management.
During his career, Jacques developed a unique experience in Customer relationship. In the 80’s he started to deploy commercial strategies based on customer data and knowledge. During the last 10 years, Jacques developed an expertise of the patient place and role in the healthcare system. He built and deployed tools and programs to support the patients. Recently he deployed Patient Support Programs to raise treatment compliance.
During the last years, Jacques used digital tools to analyze pathway and improve patients’ experience. Jacques is focused on delivering value for both the patient and the organization.
