My work experience in non-profit and for-profit business, communications, cultural consultancy, and conflict and crisis management includes time with the US Corps of Engineers during a hazardous period from 2005 to 2008, working with a diverse group of people in the heated areas and building worthwhile relationships with the media institutions and the subject matter experts in Iraq. As well as 18 years in the United States across various non-profit and for-profit roles. Moreover, my academic studies in the US have significantly honed my skills in planning and executing communication programs, strategic communication, social media engagement, crisis communication, and social marketing.
