I combine executive experience (interim CEO, international P&L) with deep governance and legal leadership (VP Legal EMEA & APAC; global M&A and post-merger integration), so I understand both the board’s oversight role and the operator’s execution reality. I’ve steered expansions into Asia, run multi-country restructurings, negotiated with works councils in several jurisdictions, and built governance/compliance frameworks that stand up under pressure. I also bring hands-on data/IT literacy from building legal-tech and AI-driven risk tooling, which helps boards navigate AI governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy without getting lost in the weeds.
