I’m an operator turned investor. I’ve founded and scaled my own company, led 50+ operational transformations, and run complex delivery environments of 125+ people. That gives me three lenses in the boardroom: founder, COO, and investor.

I’m strongest at seeing what the deck hides: where margin is leaking, where execution will break, where the founder is still the bottleneck, and whether AI or automation is creating real operating leverage.

I add the most value to robotics, physical AI, SaaS, logistics, fintech, and technology companies moving from founder-led execution into scalable operations. Typically Seed through Series B, or teams of roughly 15 to 80 people.

My role is simple: improve the quality of board-level decisions, challenge assumptions early, and help management build the systems, governance, and operating discipline required for the next stage of growth.
