Ilkka Hietala

I have been working more 25 years having customer relationship, sales and marketing responsibility mainly in big international industrial and finance companies. I have had management position more than 20 years with full profit and loss responsibility in Nordic region and Baltic States. In these positions I have been full responsibility of all operational activities being part of Nordic management team. I also have a long experience work as partner with different kind of dealers both private cars, heavy duty vehicles and waste management machines.
I have promoted, marketed and sold Finnish high quality capital expenditure equipment with IoT features (total solutions; iron, maintenance, it-solutions, service contracts, financing, insurance and reporting) through dealerships and directly globally (Europe, Asia, Australia and North America) e.g. during my times Europress Group.

Lately I have done 2 acquisitions also personally during Kiitosimeon when I was acting as an interim CFO as well. I have personally organized trade shows, created and done different kind of marketing materials, organized dealer meetings and given presentations for bigger and smaller audiences.
I have been running also business units in Nordic (Sweden, Norway and Denmark) during GE and Europress Group.
Excellent interpersonal understanding and cultural awareness have helped me to manage complicated matrix organizations and to operate at international business environment.
