Over 20+ years I have built, acquired, operated, and scaled businesses across NPLs, special situations, credit servicing, real estate, hospitality, renewable energy, infrastructure and corporate finance.

Through AEGIS and EuPraxis FSI, I have executed some of the most significant mandates in the Greek market:
• Monitoring Trustee to the European Commission for all Greek NPL securitizations under Hercules I–IV (€62bn GBV) – with visibility across the entire country’s NPL ecosystem.
• Advisor to the Ministry of Investments & Development on the New Subsidy Investment Law and EU Structural Funds implementation (2021).
• Valuation Advisory to the Ministry of Finance for 6,800 zone rates used in the National Unified Property Tax (2021).
• RRF (Greece 2.0) Submission Lead for one of the first major proposals nationwide (Grecian Magnesite S.A.).
• Completed the Valuation Guidelines for projects under Development Law 4887/2022.
• PMO for the Bank of Greece on the national NPL Resolution Strategy, reporting to IMF, ECB, SSM, EC (2017).
• Strategic Partner of Duff & Phelps in Greece for the valuation of the 33% state-owned stake in OPAP (HRADF privatization).
• €1bn+ in EU grants secured for clients with 100% success rate (2010–2024).
• 15,000+ property valuations for IFRS, NPL collateral and large-scale portfolio reviews.
