I have spent two decades focussed on tricky situations, difficult operating environments, unusual problems that standard consultants fail to resolve, and finding solutions to intractable solutions. This has ranged from natural disasters (earthquakes, ebola etc.) to turning around stagnant banks, or utilizing technology to address specific problems and provide a competitive edge. My clients (as advisor or board director) are generally involved in the financial services sector with exposure to developing countries.
