I have more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in the IT field. Currently I’m consulting companies on strategies and OKRs based on my Finnish book called ”Strategia arkeen OKR-mallilla”. We’re also in the process of translating the text to English. The last major undertaking was negotiating a three-way merger between Turku-based life-science companies. I have HHJ and HHJ chair trainings.
