About
I bring the perspective of an exited founder and CEO who has built, funded and scaled businesses internationally from the ground up, successfully exited to a major technology group, and then worked inside the acquirer on integration, adoption and commercial growth. My particular strength is combining entrepreneurial and commercial thinking with expertise across sales, marketing, brand, people and DEI — helping leadership teams see both what will drive growth and what needs to evolve internally to support it.
I am best suited to founder-led, funded or investor-backed scale-ups, typically up to c. £5m ARR, that are navigating the transition from entrepreneurial start-up to a more structured, scalable business. I can add particular value around growth and go-to-market strategy, positioning, organisational readiness, founder/CEO challenge and support, and preparing a business for its next stage of growth, investment or exit.
