I have more than 20 years of leadership experience as member and Chairman of the Executive Board of globally operating, family owned cooperations in the stainless steel and copper industry.
I have a proven success track record by achieving sustainable growth of sales and results through innovation, globalization especially in the USA and China, relocation of production, cost cutting programs, acquisitions and optimization of structures. This goes along with extensive experience in developing and implementing a sustainable group strategy, organization and culture.
Besides having held international board positions within the companies I worked for I am for the last 15 years a member of the advisory board of an international bank.
