Heather Gauthier-Bell

I have a background in mental health care, counseling, and program management. I have worked in a variety of different jobs including a variety of non-profits, hospitals, residential settings, private practice, and the military. I bring a varied and rich experience to the table in terms of working with leadership, employees, and companies. I have expertise in trauma informed care, mental health issues, and leadership styles. I think all companies benefit from having expertise in mental health and trauma informed care. It brings a different lens that is incredibly important.
