EXPERT ON GROWTH FINANCING: I have worked as an international investment banker for over 25 years and organized financing rounds for hundreds of Nordic companies. I have also been involved in several M&A/business acquisition arrangements and in more than 80 stock exchange listings/IPOs on all 4 Nordic markets.

My INTERNATIONAL experience and network is also extensive: I have lived and worked in Stockholm at 3 different occasions, studied for a year in Kiel in Germany and worked for 18 years as a (Wall Street) investment banker in New York City.

INTERESTS: I would be interested in working as a board member/advisor for companies which have plans at some point to get listed on a Nordic Stock Exchange.
I would help to steer and develop the company to the right direction when it comes to the IPO requirements for legal/accounting/reporting/administrative/corporate governance etc processes.
The better prepared the company is at the time of the formal IPO decision, the more efficient and more successful listing it can expect to achieve.
