Harri Ahokas

I have worked for many years as a director in the finance sector and as a board member. I have seen hundreds of different types of firms through my career and I think I know the signs of a succesful business. Especially in family firms the problem often is that no one challenges the leadership%27s decisions and strategy. I am at my best in sales management, strategy and marketing but I have also lead a risk management organisation. I have always wanted to help young talents to succeed in their careers.
