Harri Sutinen

I have worked at the private and public property sector, at large and small scale companies, as a representative of many international (Germany, Sweden, Israel) and domestic real estate investors, different space user companies, and also as a service provider at a property information company. I have been a member of the management team in five companies.

Throughout my career, I have been creating and implementing strategies for companies and business plans for individual properties. Developed properties, new office workplace solutions and processes. Marketed and sold various services. In addition, the topics related to responsibility and (public) procurement guidelines are very familiar.

I am currently working for the third year at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and am responsible for maintenance of embassy buildings and Ambassador’s residences owned by the Finnish government and located around the world. There are 7 members in my team, of which three Regional Property Managers have their workplaces abroad (at Brazil, Pretoria and Rome).

My education is M.Sc., Surveying (real estate management and valuation) and B.Sc. Civil Engineering. My additional qualifications include titles of licensed real estate broker and certified property director.
