I spent 35 years inside one of the world%27s largest semiconductor companies building and running the ecosystems that made it competitive - partner networks, ER&D programs, tooling and IP relationships, hyperscaler alliances. I know how these systems work from the inside, at scale, across the US, Europe, and India.
What I bring to a scaleup is pattern recognition. I can quickly tell you whether your technology positioning will land with the right buyer, whether your go-to-market approach fits how large industrial or semiconductor companies actually make decisions, and where your operating model will break before it breaks.
I am not a generalist advisor. I work best with companies that are building something real in hardware, EDA, IP, or engineering services - and that are trying to grow in Europe or bridge between India or the US and the DACH market. If you need someone who has sat on the other side of the table from the buyers you are trying to reach, and can help you think and act like they do, that is where I add the most value.
