I have a background as a professional leader in the media industry , within Sanoma Group for over 30 years.

What I bring in as an advisor is very hands on and professional approach to supporting the team in charge.

My strength is my experience of transforming businesses, securing the change project execution and building growth.

I might be best suited for companies with growth in mind and (an advisory) board with perhaps identified need to support to management team and/or ceo as well as possible.

With my working history in media business, I have strong marketing and sales experience, both from Finland and Netherlands. As CCO for Sanoma Finland I was in charge of renewing the way of working in media sales : customer segmentation, booking processes, IT systems to support the lead to cash process.

As chairman of the board for Routa Oy I integrated Routas SME-sales as a part of Sanoma media sales.

I currently help a few start ups and one more established company.

I have an opportunity to help further companies as either advisor or board member.
