I have 20 years of experience in leading the product portfolio, R&D and vendor management. I%27ve also successfully brought profitable financial outcomes in leading the subcontracted productions and supply chain operations. My international experience has been achieved e.g. in the shoe, sporting goods, fertilizer and peat/soil industries. I%27m passionate about internal and external process development and partnership excellence. My ambition is to clarify and harmonize internal operational processes, and to evolve partnership with external suppliers towards a beneficial collaboration.
My strengths are in deep understanding in international vendor co-operation. different production technologies, materials, R&D processes and assessing production partners. I have a strong driver in ensuring the profitable outcome of different operations, through supply chain and value chain management.
