I have always loved development in all situations and that gives me the drive to find the optimal solution and engage organizations to achieve it. This together with strategic thinking and good methods has given me the privilege of both join and run numerous exciting projects and at the same time learning from countless organizations.

As a serial entrepreneur, I have co-founded multiple companies. Currently, I work with Hedy Tech, a company that focuses on making successful digitalization journeys through services, courses, and investment, as well as deb., which helps diverse profiles become ready for board-level assignments and connects them to companies. With my first external board assignment as a 23-year-old and many more after that, I have already accumulated a broad competence within professional board work internationally, as chair, and in a noted environment.
