I’m Hana Cha, Founder & Managing Partner of Advisory Studio by Hana. For 17+ years I’ve designed, launched, and scaled commercialization engines, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market platforms for complex, multi-stakeholder ventures in real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle ecosystems—delivering $15B+ in enterprise value and nine- and ten-figure gross sellouts.

I’ve done it as a founder, division launcher, and embedded commercialization partner across North America and international markets.

I’m especially valuable to early-to-growth-stage AI companies (Series A–C)—particularly those in proptech, hospitality-tech, real estate AI, agentic AI for enterprise operations, or AI infrastructure applying to physical-world and lifestyle workflows.
