I work with founders and leadership teams scaling businesses in healthcare, MedTech, EdTech and regulated markets, especially during periods of growth, transformation, or operational complexity.
While my background includes senior international leadership roles in global organizations, much of my recent work has focused on environments that operate far closer to startup reality than traditional corporate structures: building processes during carve-outs, redesigning distributor networks, navigating regulatory transitions, and helping teams scale while managing day-to-day operational pressure.
At Heartstream, I am part of a business going through active transformation following a carve-out from Philips : establishing new ways of working, rebuilding operational structures, strengthening partner ecosystems, and supporting commercial scale-up across META and India Sub-Continent.
Alongside this, I advise startups such as MEDIQCODE on governance, commercial strategy, market positioning, partnerships, and scaling in complex healthcare environments.
