Guillermo Carmona

I bring 15+ years of experience in aerospace engineering and deep-tech, having contributed to projects and products aimed at shaping the future of mobility and sustainability. Over the years, I%27ve held leadership roles spanning engineering, innovation, digital transformation, and manufacturing, across both corporate environments and early-stage ventures. With a MsC in Engineering, one Master in Aerospace systems and an MBA, I offer a solid T-shaped profile: I contribute at the breadth business level, spanning from strategy, transformation, supply chain while I can dive dive into deep tech conversations, from architecture, technology application until the lowest bit or byte.

In parallel, I’ve co-founded two SaaS companies and advise several startups as a technical and strategic sparring partner. I am currently board member of one of them since 2016. Give and take is important for me, my long-term mission: to support disruptive ventures through effective governance, technological insight, and sharp execution. I’m also here to keep my perspective fresh, expand my network, and share experiences with like-minded leaders.
