About
I think I have a unique skill set with a very strong financial and logical background as a mathematician and chess master, a strong teaching/coaching attitude from lecturing students and mentoring founders as well as a broad experience working at the intersection of corporates and start-ups.
Currently, I work with start-ups and scale-ups (which are also the ones benefitting the most from my expertise) based on three pillars:
- Finance incl. fund raising support (mostly as fractional CFO)
- Product & Sales to find PMF and also communicate it properly (strategic advisor)
- strategy incl. founder mentoring, expansion/growth strategies and organisational development (NED)
