Greg Bybee

Greg is a social entrepreneur, founder of Avela and PoliScribe, and advisor to education changemakers.

Avela offers a Nobel Prize winning platform for families to navigate their child’s education and apply to schools and educational programs with one click. PoliScribe offers generative AI software to governments to empower public servants to connect with their constituents and legislate more effectively.

Greg is an advisor to Reach Capital, Transcend Education, Constructive Dialogue Institute, Chalkbooks, Vendition, HiCounselor, and Veery, as well as enterprises and investors evaluating the education space.

Previously, Greg was a senior executive at NovoEd, which offers a cohort-based experiential learning platform and was acquired by Fidelity in 2018. He was also a Fellow at NewSchools Venture Fund, the first PM at Coursera, a PMM at VMware, and a consultant at McKinsey.

He lives in San Francisco and holds an MBA and MA-Ed from Stanford and a BA from Harvard.
