Graham is one of a select few to have risen from apprentice tradesman to become chief executive of substantial commercial enterprises employing more than 200 staff.
Graham commenced working life as an Apprentice in the Royal Australian Air Force. He studied aircraft communications, radar, navigational aids and electronic countermeasures. He served on a number of Operational Squadrons. He was appointed to a Commission in the Special Duties (Administrative) Branch.
Designated by his peers as an expert in industrial relations advocacy, he has been the Principal Industrial Relations Adviser to five National Industry Councils & fifteen sectoral industry associations. He has acted as the Principal Industrial Advocate in many major and significant cases coming before various Industrial Relations Courts & Tribunals of Record.
His broad management experience includes the successful general management of operational companies and the turnaround management of distressed companies back to profitability.
Additionally, he has successfully fulfilled appointments as a Director of public (unlisted) companies & proprietary companies in both Australia & Malaysia.
Graham presently conducts his own consultancy that provides a range of professional services that focuses predominantly on capital raising and go-to-markets for an international clientele as well as mentoring startup and early-stage companies to establish client credibility.
