I currently work as a Senior Partner in the Board & CEO practice at Korn Ferry co-leading the APAC Board services practice. I am a Board and C-suite adviser and coach with operating experience as a C-suite executive. In the corporate environment I%27ve lead multiple functions and dealt with Board Committees such as Risk, Audit, Remuneration and Sustainability. I have the capacity to engage in start-up Boards or established listed/private Board and bring deep insight on human capital governance to the Board-Management partnership: CEO succession, executive performance and remuneration, leadership effectiveness, culture, safety, organisational design and strategy, workforce capability and ESG.

I bring best practice with a natural blend of practicality to the strategic agenda the Board is helping management make impactful decisions on. I understand what it takes for the Board sot be a strategic asset to management and curate Board Effectiveness and high performing partnership with management to align both parties on the perform and transform agenda so that management can make better decision based on insight and foresight.

My contribution in the Boardroom is helping directors test whether the organisation has the leadership system and organisational design, executive remuneration plans, culture/mindsets and skills/capability to deliver strategy, manage risk and create impact and long term sustainable value.
