As Head of Tax at Euronav, I spent over a decade inside a NYSE- and Euronext-listed group, building the international tax and transfer pricing architecture behind a multi-jurisdictional shipping business — while getting a front-row seat to the company%27s IPO and dual listing, its M&A consolidations, and the reality of managing shareholders and regulators at the same time.

That vantage point — seeing how disconnected even a well-run listed company can be from its own shareholders — is what led me to found Finvictum, an AI-driven investor relations fintech now helping European-listed companies own their equity narrative and assist them to set up the connection with their investors
