I help founders and owner-led companies build the structure that growth demands — without losing the speed that got them there.
Today I run a Swiss construction and real estate group across three countries, together with my partners as a co-owner. Before that I led operations for an international services group in DACH and Benelux, and spent seven years on the board of a Swiss industrial company through its generational handover — from founder-run to institutional owner. That transition is the work I know best.
Where I am useful: international expansion and market entry (DACH, Italy, Benelux), building a management layer that outlasts the founder, professionalising governance before an investor asks you to, and preparing for a funding round, a partner, or an exit. Also ESG and CSRD — increasingly the price of entry with corporate customers.
I work as an advisor as well as a board member, and I am happy to start small: a few conversations before anything formal.
