He is President and Founder of X-Roads Technology Partners Inc., a company he founded in 1998 to deliver advisory services to growing companies. He has operated at the C-Suite level for over 40 years, both nationally and internationally, in a number of roles including CFO, CIO, COO and CEO. He has taken two companies public, one on the NASDAQ and one on the Canadian Venture Exchange.

His professional story is marked by a series of successful interventions in startups, growth companies, and international ventures, where he has been known to turn challenges into profitable opportunities and to lead companies from obscurity to industry dominance. He thrives on building from the ground up and tackling complex problems head-on.
