In my professional career I successfully worked as CEO, CFO, as advisor for financing and business development and I was entrepreneur and co-owner of tech and software companies. Currently I work for an investment fund with more than 25 companies in its portfolio and over EUR 100m assets under management. The investment fund is specialized in financing fast growing software companies across Europe with debt and equity financing.

Personally, I am looking for technology companies with a turnover starting from EUR 0.3m up to 50m and a strong and ambitious management team. Fast growing companies in the technology sector of digitalization or innovative technologies benefit most of my experience and network. Selectively, also turnaround and distressed cases are interested.

Growth financing, both equity and debt, are one of my key experiences, either by my network, my own capital or by classical acquisition of funds and investors.
