Who am I ?
A former executive, director and interim manager for over 35 years for companies of all sizes, mainly in Belgium, France and Germany. During these assignments, I led teams to give them a new dynamic and to manage transformation and crisis situations.
International work experience with most regions of the World : Asia, Middle-East, Africa and Europe.
Certified from Belgian Corporate Governance Institute on board management.
Since 2011, I%27ve been investing every year in personal development training and coaching certifications and in various tools to put them to work for my clients.
Heads of divisions in large organisations have asked me to help them improve their management. Some of them, faced with poorly structured teams, a lack of self-confidence and a desire to save time, were applying micro-management.
With my Servanthood Leadership method, their leadership improved, their team engagement and performances were transformed for a far better success.
