Georges Seil, PhD

Since 1980 I held General Manager and Board positions in different industrial and economic sectors like ITC, automation, telecom and finally up from 2002, I started my own management consultancy company in Luxembourg.
In 2006 I registered with the EBRD as Senior International adviser, successfully advising some 20 companies on all management issues, but specifically on corporate strategy and balanced scorecard-design and implementation.
In 2006, I also started my second consulting activity on energy efficiency for industrial applications. The share of the energy activity almost covered 40% of my total activities. In 2014 I obtained the CEMI certification, probably the most international prestigious certification in energy efficiency and in 2019 I received the CMVPI certification, which is not less prestigious as the CEMI.
My international experience on management and energy advising covers the countries like: all Western EU, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Morocco, Tunisia, Tanzania. In 2019, I obtained my PhD Degree, based on energy strategic management modelling. My PhD work was published as a book with the title: From Energy to Blockchain and Circular Economy. During my long professional life I had the chance for building strong and long lasting relationships with my clients who as such demonstrated and appreciated the assistance that I could provide to all.
At this period of my life, I%27m very selective for working with clients who really want to progress and accepting assistance on growth, social respect and environmental consideration.
My connections with governments, public administrations and high level business corporations from all over the globe allow me building up high profile business relationships and access to trustful investment platforms.
Since 2021, I%27m full Professor at the Faculty of Science of Rushmore University.
