George Hadjineophytou

I have been a director for almost 15 years now. I am serving as a director on both private and publicly listed companies (on a number of different stock exchanges), Deputy Chairman, Chair of Audit Committee and I am also serving as a Company Secretary. I have a lot of experience in board regulatory matters and experience in a wide range of industries. I have worked both with established companies and start-ups. I have an Engineering and accounting background and I have been heavily involved in operations of companies for a number of years now
