My career has been focused on restructuring and insolvency which has allowed me to learn from other%27s mistakes, misjudgements and in many cases some aspect of fraud. While many businesses have great ideas they sometimes get caught up too much in the success aspect and less on trying to punch holes in the concepts in an attempt. Being able to be optomistic yet reserved/cautious can be intergral to a businesses success.
I have also been required many times in my career to make key/tough decisions and not get caught up too much in second guessing the decision reached. When people get paralysed in decision making things generally go from bad to worse.
My career has also allowed me to get involved in all sorts of industries across various jurisidiction thereby bringing a well-rounded view and approach to situations.
