I%27m a results-oriented, commercially minded leader with versatile experience spanning consumer product, growth marketing, sales, and operations. I joined Uber in 2016, at the start of its hyper-growth phase, and spent almost eight years working across operations, innovation, and sales - ultimately managing a £1.2bn P&L in my role as Enterprise GM. In 2024 I moved to Checkatrade, a UK home services marketplace, where I built a new advertising business from scratch and then led a company-wide turnaround, working directly with our private equity owners on strategy and governance.

What I%27d bring to a board is that same combination: P&L ownership, consumer growth expertise across both hyper-growth and turnaround conditions, and first-hand understanding of how a PE-backed board operates. I%27m looking for my first non-executive or advisory role with a growth-stage or PE-backed consumer business ready for their next stage of growth.
