I bring the mix a growing company usually needs on its board: someone who has run commercial operations, built and coordinated international distributor and partner networks, and held executive and board roles, so I know the questions a board actually needs answered. Alongside that, I have a specialism most boards lack: 24 years in European funding (Horizon Europe, EIC, EIT and more) and, more recently, AI governance and EU AI Act readiness, handled in a practical rather than a legalistic way. I work best with HealthTech and life-science companies that want to grow, fund that growth without giving away equity, and stay on the right side of the AI rules.
