Frida Olander

I am a business-driven and relationship-oriented leader with experience of developing organisations, building strategic partnerships and driving growth at the intersection of business, entrepreneurship and academia. Through roles as a project manager at IVA, operations manager and CEO, I have led change initiatives, developed new projects and created long-term value for both organisations and their stakeholders. I have completed the Novare Leadership Academy, which focuses on strategic leadership and change management.

As an adviser and board member, I bring a strategic perspective combined with a focus on operational delivery. I am accustomed to identifying opportunities, building strong networks and establishing frameworks for sustainable development. I ask challenging questions, take a holistic view and help management and the board to translate ambitions into tangible results.

I thrive best in organisations that want to grow, strengthen their strategic position and create long-term value through people, relationships and collaboration.

In addition to this I have a good understanding of the world of sport, thanks to my own background as an elite swimmer and continued strong involvement as a runner and cross-country skier.
