Frederico Castro Santos

Frederico has more than 15 years of experience in capital raising, deal structuring, business model innovation, and growth strategies in private equity, venture capital, and investment banking. Frederico has a strong intra and entrepreneurial drive, having founded an M&A boutique and a VC firm. In 2014, Frederico co-founded an M&A boutique, covering mid-caps in Southern Europe, focusing on distressed, turnarounds, and growth capital advising on more than EUR 2bn worth of projects. In 2020, he co-founded an early-stage venture capital firm in Singapore focused on business model innovation betting on the transition to low carbon and more sustainable economy.

Throughout his career, Frederico interacted with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, funds of funds, banks and private equity and venture capital funds. Highly experienced in stakeholder alignment and cross-region projects. Held international roles in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Graduated in 2021 with distinction from INSEAD, where he obtained his global executive MBA.
