Fred Barrett

Career that involves two U.S. independent energy startups, Barrett Resources 1980-2001, and Bill Barrett Corp (NYSE:BBG). At BBG, from 2002-2013 I was a founder, President, CEO and Chairman of Board. From these two companies, my strengths evolved into 1) Building successful companies from the ground floor; 2) Building a strategic framework for stakeholder value growth, and environmental and community stewardship; and 3) Providing technical and creative innovation advice to both board and management. From 2013 to present, worked in advisory roles for Santos Ltd (ASX:STO), then an independent directorship for Asian American Gas Energy Holdings (AAG, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, acquired in 2018) where I was also Chairman of %22New Business Committee%22, and currently an independent director for Tamboran Resources (Sydney, Australia), where I also function as an advisor and Chairman of Compensation Committee.
