In addition to fiduciary oversight, my expertise spans commercial credit and lending, litigation, restructuring (including substantial bankruptcy consulting and expert witness experience), risk assessment, and valuation—backed by hands-on experience in more than 200 court proceedings and deep involvement in Chapter 11 reorganizations.
