I help founders and CEOs turn growth ambitions into clear priorities, stronger economics and an organisation that can deliver. I work through decisions such as what to prioritise, where growth is getting stuck, how to align revenue with delivery capacity, and how to structure teams and responsibilities. I also help prepare the business for fundraising or M&A. My role is to challenge assumptions, clarify trade-offs and define practical next steps with the leadership team.

My experience comes from executive responsibility inside growing businesses. At Rovo Group, a fashion production group, I was SVP Revenue & Operations, responsible for revenue, operations, finance and organisational structure, leading more than 40 people. During that period, Assembly, the group’s premium custom merchandise business, tripled its revenue run-rate in one year.

Previously, I was Onport’s first hire and later COO. Onport is a SaaS platform automating multi-vendor marketplace operations. I helped grow ARR from €100k to €2.5M and led its strategic acquisition process by Farfetch, the global luxury fashion marketplace formerly listed on the NYSE. The journey continued after the acquisition, with the team expanding to around 35 people.

Today, I am a full-time entrepreneur based in Portugal, open to selective advisory and advisory board relationships.
