I have more than 28 years of working experience in the luxury and fashion consumer goods space. As en executive, my career initially unfolded in sales management and shifted to general management. In the last 12 years, I had four CEO roles and three non-executive director positions.
As an advisor, my experience brings clarity to identifying a profitable and sustainable growth strategy and to understanding what organization and talents are needed to execute. Having been an executive for many years, I can also appreciate the operational challenges the senior management team can encounter in execution, so my contribution is both strategic and hands-on.
My intellectual curiosity makes me interested in a variety of industries, while it is fair to say that consumer goods is the sector I am mostly familiar with.
