I help early-stage food biotech, fermentation and alternative-protein companies turn promising science into scalable products. With 19 years of experience in microbiology and food fermentation, I bring expertise in R&D strategy, technology evaluation, scale-up and food regulation. I have served on steering boards for several large Novo Nordisk Foundation initiatives and advised venture capital investors on start-up evaluations. I am especially interested in companies making food healthier through sugar reduction, improved protein or better gut health.
