I am a C-Suite and Board executive with 20+ years of comprehensive success and rapid career growth focusing on sales, marketing, and compliance. I am enthusiastic about working with organizations to drive growth most efficiently by fostering an environment of performance, innovations, transparency, and compliance.
I am a deeply experienced Board member, having served on the highly influential American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, where I provided strategic guidance to the Chamber and advocated for improving the investment climate in Ukraine and responsible policymaking. As business practices in Ukraine continue to be largely unregulated, I head the Advisory Board of the National Restaurant Association of Ukraine, where my focus is to enhance transparency in business interactions, ensuring that policies are in place to ensure that restaurants contribute taxes and empower them to speak with local authorities about various issues with organized agendas, etc.
I have spent the past 14 years in progressive leadership roles at the Carlsberg Group. Most recently, I was appointed Managing Director of Carlsberg Ukraine and Moldova, where I developed a strong, self-sustaining pipeline of innovative products to regain sales lost after the Crimean war by increasing market and profit pool shares. One of my proudest achievements was transforming the sales and marketing function into a highly strategic and agile team, developing new brands to levels that eventually constituted 24% of total revenue, the highest in Carlsberg.
Before Carlsberg, I served as VP of Sales at Baltika Breweries in St. Petersburg, Russia. I led a team of 8000 resources, focusing on route-to-market improvements by optimizing geographical sales coverage and transforming the distributors’ network.
As a leader, my vision is to build teams with a healthy balance of personalities, foster a culture of communication, and instill quick and regular audits to ensure outcomes accountability. These are the critical elements to creating highly impactful teams to solve complex business challenges.
