Eva Palmgren

Independent Senior Consultant and Executive Coach located in Sweden. For most of my professional life, I have worked in leading positions in the hospitality industry, mainly in hotels, railways and aviation. Extensive experience of boardwork in the hospitality industry. Right now I run my own consulting company where I offer services as a business coach and management consultant.

I am a curious and technology-minded generalist and entrepreneur, with a passion for leadership, communication, business development, marketing and sales, building brands and helping both people and companies to develop. With extensive experience in business management, strategic and operational work, financial management, service and sales, brand development and IT, I am constantly learning new things. It is the contact with other people that gives me energy and motivation.

Coaching leadership is my leadership style, and I am convinced that it gives the best results for both the company and the employees, regardless of whether you look at profitability, personal development, well-being or business development. In addition, I am convinced that long-term, good relationships are the basis of all business.

Since 2019, I run my own consulting company that stands on three legs: hotel services, business coaching and interim assignments. Among other things, I help small and medium-sized privately owned hotels to fight in the same market as the big hotel giants. I live in Gothenburg, but undertake assignments throughout Sweden and internationally.

Professional goal: to develop and create new businesses, challenges that require a committed, enthusiastic and creative leader. I want to work with something I am passionate about, with development and improvement and to make a difference in people%27s lives.
