I help to build great cultures, uniting people with business. Culture executes strategy. Having a good strategy alone doesn’t get you far. Having a good culture will make you find a good strategy, just because the people will work together and grow together and a strategy will evolve as part of that.
For me it’s all about the synthesis between the human and economical side of business. I am a mathematician who knows how to analyse and optimize businesses and strategies, and at the same time I am a trainer who is dedicated to help people grow, individually and professionally. Balancing both sides is my strength
