Over my career of 26 years, I have specialised in Finance Management and Digital transformation. I have been in hands-on and leadership positions within Finance departments and IT organisations.

Diversity in experience and continuous learning has always been my driving force. I have seen the effects of two crises on the finance function from close proximity and learned to anticipate. Besides leading finance teams, I had the opportunity to manage several successful digital transformations.

On top of corporate experience, I was the driving force in a startup and understand the challenges of an entrepreneur. This wealth of experience allows me to combine circumstances and anticipate, creating clear views on direction and strategy. In addition, I received education to become a board member in the Netherlands.

Organisations that will most benefit from my experience are corporate and scale-up companies that need support to strengthen the audit and financial management of the organisation. Organisations that need to transform or are in the process of transforming business processes, systems, service delivery models and shared services to achieve their digital ambitions.
